The Education of Percival is a comic book retelling of Sir Percival’s quest for the Holy Grail adapted primarily from Wolfram von Eschenbach’s Parzival through the adopted adventure strip format exemplified by Hal Foster’s Prince Valiant.

This comic is being created in eight chapters with each chapter being serialized on this website as they are completed. Every two chapters will be published in print as part of an upcoming limited-run magazine, The Candle, before the completed comic is published as one graphic album.

This comic is written by Mark O. Stack (MADNESS, The Scent of May Rain) and drawn by Daisy Jayne Maher with letters by Jodie Troutman (DC Pride 2024, Star Trek).
